SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We may also be able to ship to other countries on request. If you would like delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at sales@sailvvay.co.uk before placing your order to discuss availability, shipping costs, timescales, and any applicable customs or import charges.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within our stated handling time, although dispatch times may vary during busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or where additional checks are required.
Delivery times provided on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, operational disruption, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Due to the value of our products, customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. We strongly recommend that deliveries are accepted in person at the delivery address.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a collection point, or return the parcel to us, depending on the courier’s process. Any additional delivery, storage, or return charges resulting from missed delivery attempts may be deducted from any refund where permitted or charged to the customer before redelivery is arranged.
If a customer provides alternative delivery instructions directly to the courier after dispatch, including safe place, neighbour, leave-with, or redirection instructions, they do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been delivered in accordance with those customer-provided instructions.
Risk in the goods will pass in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if you believe you have received the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as possible at sales@sailvvay.co.uk so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, put things right.
If an order is returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to collect from a designated collection point, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping costs for redelivery may be charged to the customer.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity, incorrect pricing, stock error, or other circumstances that require further checks. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the customer will be refunded in full.
