Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on products that have been used, including any bait boats or accessories that have been used on the water.

To start a return, you must contact us first at sales@sailvvay.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sailvvay House, 2a Wrose Road, Bradford, BD2 1LH.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers must use a tracked delivery service and are strongly advised to use an insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once the return has been dispatched, customers must email sales@sailvvay.co.uk with the tracking number, courier details, order number, and full contact details so we can identify and track the return.

A return note must be included inside the package clearly stating the order number, name, and reason for return. Returns received without this information may result in delays or refusal.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping where appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including used products, items not in their original packaging, or items returned in a condition different from how they were received.

We also do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, is not returned in its original packaging, or if the return requirements outlined above have not been followed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@sailvvay.co.uk.
