Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@sailvvay.co.uk if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate amendments before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship within the UK?

Yes — we ship to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to certain remote or offshore locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may be subject to additional charges or extended lead times.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us at sales@sailvvay.co.uk before placing your order and we'll provide a shipping quote for your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery timescales are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed — factors such as courier delays or high demand periods may affect lead times. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?

Please report any damage or missing items to us immediately upon receipt. Contact us at sales@sailvvay.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged, in which case we will cover the cost of return.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending anything back.

How long does a refund take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't process direct exchanges. To get a replacement item quickly, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

Warranty

What warranty do your products carry?

All Sailvvay bait boats and electronic products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Lithium batteries carry a 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water ingress beyond the product's rated specification, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us at sales@sailvvay.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photos or video. We'll assess your claim and advise on next steps as quickly as possible.

We offer three bait boat series — the C-Series, X-Series, and M-Series — each designed for different fishing styles and budgets. If you're unsure which is best suited to your needs, contact our team and we'll help you choose.
